For Netropolix (now NTX), I created a BPMN model of the recruitment process. This model visualises the steps a candidate goes through from application to recruitment. By representing this visually, bottlenecks can be more easily identified.

For the employees involved in the process, a visual representation can help them better understand the process and work together more efficiently. It provides a clear overview of their responsibilities and the interactions between different departments.
