By combining data from Airbnb and real estate transactions from three Belgian metropolises, I created a dashboard in Qlik Sense. With this, I discovered the influence Airbnb's have on property prices.

The aim is to provide investors and potential Airbnb owners with valuable insights into factors influencing property prices and Airbnb suitability.
